Order Policies

Welcome to the official Thank You Scientist merchandise webstore! Here are our policies to keep in mind when you order merch through us.

-Order fulfillment through this webstore is handled entirely by the band! Shipments are processed through Stamps.com and we typically do one trip to the post office per week. If it takes longer than a week to ship, please be patient as we are busy guys. If you have any questions regarding shipments you can always email us via the contact form.

-All orders are shipped via USPS and come with tracking.

-All sales are final. We do not accept returns or size exchanges for cloth items. If you want to cancel an order, you must do so before your items are processed for shipping by contacting store{AT}thankyouscientist.net.

-We offer Order Insurance for an additional charge of $3 to cover the value of your items from loss or damage. Only one selection of 'Order Insurance' needs to be added to your order to cover the entire shipment. Any refund/replacement request for a lost or damaged shipment that does not have 'Order Insurance' will not be honored. Please see the Order Insurance product page for details.

-The webstore will be open while we are on tour but no orders will be shipped until we return home. You can see our tour schedule here. Please allow a few days after the last tour date as we need to travel home. You may contact us at store[AT]thankyouscientist.net with any questions regarding the status of your order.
